**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong background in various medical specialties.

**Duties:**

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting

- Proficiency in case management and standards of nursing practice

- Knowledge of anatomy, venipuncture, ostomy care, airway management

- Strong understanding of clinical protocols and procedures
