Crossroad Health Center opened in 1992 with the goal of providing accessible, affordable, community-based primary health care services and mental health counseling to the residents of Over-the-Rhine and the surrounding Cincinnati communities. Today, with five locations across Greater Cincinnati, we provide medical care to more than 11,000 children and adults, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Our mission is to give honor to Jesus Christ by providing accessible, comprehensive health care in partnership with our patients and community leading to healthy, changed lives.
