**10am-6pm**
Mon-Fri
Tasks:
- Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules
- Dispatch the technicians as service calls come in
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in or when tune ups are due
- Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
- Billing
- Prepare service invoices and answer emails
Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- Knowledge of industry is recommended
- Computer skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
