Job Summary: 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented high volume bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume bar or restaurant, possess strong customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about various drink recipes.

Pay: Minimum wage tips. (cash credit card)

Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a high volume restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
