Highly-rated Bed and Breakfast in Lenox, MA has a summer opening for an experienced housekeeper, who is available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including on weekends. There is the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.

You will be working in all aspects of cleaning and laundry for guest rooms and public areas of our 15-room, high-end B&B, located in Lenox Village, in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, working as a member of our innkeeping/housekeeping team.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working as a member of a high-performance innkeeping team, interacting with guests and has a high attention to detail. You take personal pride in the quality of your work and are self-motivated. You must be capable of lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds, have good mobility to handle frequent use of stairs and outdoor walkways between buildings. We will train you in our approach, but a minimum of two-years of demonstrated track record of above-average performance in a related job area is required. Prior experience working in a high-end hospitality property is highly desired. You will report to the head innkeeper.

This position starts in mid-June, and will continue through Labor Day, with the possibility of continuing part-time work through October. Weekends and 2-3 other days per week, with a start time between 7-9 AM. A 5-hour shift is typical. Pay starts at $19.00/hour depending on experience, tips are additional.
