Job Title: Breakfast Cook / Morning Staff
Reports To: Innkeeper / General Manager

Job Description:
Experienced cook needed for a busy bed and breakfasts properties in downtown St Augustine. Our inns serve a daily two course breakfast to a maximum of 24 guests. All meals must be served fresh and hot to the guests. While we do have typical dishes that we like to serve, we also admire creativity! Here are typical dishes that they must know: Eggs Benedict, eggs made to order, French toast, various cakes and breads, quiche, and other typical breakfast items.
Daily tasks include:
-cooking two course meals for our guests in morning
-cleaning the kitchen
-washing the dishes, pots, and pans
-abiding by Florida regulations and policies for food safety and serving
Requirements:
-Nice to have cooking experience in a bed and breakfast or any kind of lodging facilities or similar
-Willing to learn new recipes
-Able to alter recipes for food allergies and dietary restrictions
-Able to work in a fast paced environment and has to be flexible to work in weekends and holidays.
-Take instructions from the Innkeeper and General Manager
- Keep eye on groceries inventory and communicate with Innkeeper/Manager for ordering.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
