Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences is Hiring a Pharmacist - Per Diem Near Eau Claire, WI
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include distribution, drug therapy monitoring, education, and supervisory functions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience includes at least two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience.
- Computer experience. Commitment to excellence, accuracy, attention to detail and teamwork. Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, organize time well, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- The following are preferred: Completion of an accredited pharmacy residency. Experience of working in a large, progressive academic medical center. History of scholarly activities including publication and scientific meeting presentations. Experience and / or interest in teaching.
- License to practice Pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
