Become an integral part of the Lori Davidson Agency with American Family Insurance, located in Eau Claire, WI!
As a sales specialist, you'll be equipped to master the local market, uncover new business prospects, and employ consultative selling strategies that make a difference. This role offers competitive commissions as part of its compensation structure.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma (Minimum), supplemented by some College (Preferred)
- Experience: Two years in a sales-driven environment, showcasing skills in marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, crafting quotes, and delivering impactful presentations
- Licensing: Prior possession of a Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory before employment. Licensing costs will be reimbursed post-successful completion of a probationary period.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly salary from $20/hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
