Description

We have an opening for an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to join our corporate offices located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike. This is an in-office, fast-paced, full-time position. Primary Duties:

· Maintain and enforce Policies and Procedures for internal control compliance.

· Control and maintain our filing system/administrative work.

· Record hotel/food and beverage daily revenue in Excel spreadsheets and post to the general ledger.

· Audit & reconcile various hotel/food and beverage reports.

· Prepare Journal Entries, including accruals.

· Process invoices to submit to corporate hotel clients.

· Process customer payments and monitor accounts for delinquency.

· Perform various ad hoc tasks as assigned by members of the management staff 

Requirements

· Punctual, Responsible, Dependable and Reliable

· Willing to step up and meet demands when required.

· Must be great with numbers; an energetic, quick learner; well-organized, capable of prioritizing. 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Outlook and Word.
