Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at our dealership. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lot and providing excellent customer service. Duties: - Organize and maintain the dealership lot to ensure vehicles are displayed in an attractive and orderly manner - Move vehicles as directed by management or sales staff - Perform vehicle inspections to identify any damage or issues - Keep the lot clean and free of debris - Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers as needed - Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using a cash register - Drive manual transmission vehicles when required Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred - Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; bilingual skills are a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic math skills for cash handling transactions - Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles Please note that all positions at our dealership are paid positions, including internships.
