Job Description:

As a Restoration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restoration projects. You will manage a team of skilled technicians ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.

Manage and lead a team of technicians.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Maintain inventory of materials and equipment.

Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration and reconstruction or a related field.

Proven experience in a management or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,835.00 - $64,412.00 per year
