Looking for a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to work with a passionate and fun young woman living in her own home. She enjoys:
- Shopping
- Swimming
- Cooking
- Socializing
- Engaging in her Community
- Assistance with small chores around the home
- Help her prepare meals
- Taking her to the local YMCA or Gym to exercise/classes
- Going for walks
- Running errands and shopping
- Help her with organizational skills
- Assisting her with using the iPad and iPhone
- Getting out of the house and into her community
Requirements:
Employees must be willing to have a background check which includes drug screen, fingerprinting, and Driver's abstract.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. All candidates will receive training.
Job Type: Part-Time, Per diem
- Wednesday 10:00 - 2:30pm
- Thursday 10:00 - 2:30pm
- Friday 10:00 - 2:30pm
- Per-Diem and On-call shift coverage as needed
Pay Rate: $20 - 25 per hour. Salary Commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13.5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Ability to Relocate:
- East Hanover, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
