Time Type: Full time Department: Adult Medicine All Locations: East Boston Description: Full-time position available to perform a wide variety of clerical and patient centered responsibilities that support the delivery of services to the Adult Medicine Department. Must have excellent customer service skills as well as at least one year of experience in an office setting. HS Diploma/GED as well as bilingual (English/Spanish) skills required. Education High School Diploma, secretarial courses preferred. Experience Five years in a health care setting. General knowledge of medical terminology. Skills/Abilities Proficient MA office skills, EPIC experience preferred. Bilingual skills (demographic level) preferred.
