Seeking a dynamic Leasing and Property Management professional for a 55 Senior Living apartment community located in the greater Buffalo, NY area.
This professional will lead an onsite team to grow occupancy and deliver exceptional living experiences for our residents. We're a growing team with a great product and looking for individuals eager to jump start their career.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive the leasing process
- Conduct onsite tours and demonstrations
- Follow-up with prospects
- Process residential applications and screenings
- Manage maintenance team and daily maintenance activities
- Address customer service issues
- Enter and follow-up on maintenance requests
