Genesis10 is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:
Creation of a data marketplace to leverage industry data to drive better health outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management for two key initiatives with one tied to rebranding and 1 that is tied to foundational initiatives. Resource will manage initiatives specific to the Data Office and is a technical group of resources.
• One resource will work close with data engineers deep into AWS and Google Cloud Platform so helpful if this resource has worked on initiatives where data was being moved around in the cloud. Another resource will be working on initiatives tied to reporting where they work with SAS, BOBJ, Tableau, and Cognos and helpful for this resource to have worked on similar types of projects.

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Qualifications/years of experience:
• 5 years project management
• 1. Experience working on Data Engineering or Reporting types of projects
• 2. Experience with PM systems such as or similar to Planview. They are in process of moving from Planview to ServiceNow with SPM or Strategic Portfolio Management.
• 3. Experience with creating/managing JIRA boards
• 4. Waterfall and Agile. Projects are a mix of both.
• It is a plus if the resource had healthcare or PBM experience.

Soft Skills Needed:

• Adaptability. Needs to be someone who can dig into the details but not go too far down a rabbit hole.

Performance Measurements:

• Workstream communication on milestone status well understood by program team.
• Planview system for tracking workstream financials and resources is kept up to date
• Partners well with workstream Delivery Owners and Tech Leads
• Works wells independently and catches on quickly

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$65.00
