Responsibilities include:
  • Performing testing and auditing to ensure products meet company specifications
  • Assisting with problem-solving related to product quality
  • Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of effective solutions
  • Following procedures and requirements to ensure food safety, quality, and GMP guidelines are followed
  • Monitoring and collecting qualitative/quantitative data for all products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Troubleshooting manufacturing issues and conducting risk assessments
  • Supporting technical communication within shift teams and cross-functional teams
  • Investigating, testing, and collecting data to improve processes or product packaging
  • Supporting technical, quality, and food safety projects as assigned
What you need to succeed:
  • 3 years of experience in a laboratory quality assurance role (Food and Flavor OR Chemical)
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Comfortable with variability and flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
