Cherry Gulch is seeking an Academic Director to lead our dynamic team of teachers in bringing support, education, and success to our wonderful students.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Leads the academic team as they prepare and provide educational lessons in core and elective classes.
• Serves on the campus leadership team to evaluate and plan current and future programming.
• Works with the school admissions team to provide marketing material and pertinent information to potential clients and referral sources.
• Brings expertise and coaching to the Academic team as they respond to student and parent needs.
• Provides classroom support as needed.
• Ensures that all Academic operations meet school contractual and accreditation requirements.
• Ensures that student IEP interventions and objectives are being met.
• Ensures service excellence is met through all aspects of the academic department's responsibilities.

Certifications/ Qualifications:

• Must have current Administrator and Special Education endorsements.
• Minimum (2) years experience in administration
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and direct the work of others, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate-level PC skills are required.

Education Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
