Our client, a higher ed institution in New Hampshire, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their internal Marketing Team!
The Senior Project Manager will be play a key role in the management and execution of initiatives and projects across the university and will act as a liaison between internal marketing and creative.
Primary responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of project plans, timelines and resource allocation
• Lead an existing team of two project managers
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, timing
• Ensure effective communication and engagement with all relevant stakeholders
• Proactively anticipates, understands and responds to needs of clients
• Optimize resource utilization by aligning project requirements with available resources
• Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards and best practices

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Project Management capacity; agency/creative project management is required
• Experience working effective across teams and with stakeholders
• Previous experience managing others (you will have 2 direct reports)
• Experience managing projects across multiple mediums (print, digital, OOH, etc.)
• Willingness to jump in wherever and whenever needed

This a hybrid (1-2x per week) opportunity to join an in house Marketing/Creative Team!
