Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Participate in project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a machining or metal fabrication operation
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with QA/QC, quality inspection, quality audits, and quality systems
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
