Shutterfly is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Durham, NC
Spoonflower is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support three teams within the Brand Marketing department: Marketing Managers, Creative, and Collaborations. This role oversees the tracking and execution of all marketing projects across teams to ensure all team members are informed, projects are on task to business priorities, and are completed on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do Here
- Create and organize project timelines and tracking implements all for brand marketing projects including promotional emails, editorial emails, CMS page creation and updates, paid social advertisements, organic social content, collaborations, partnerships, and photo shoots
- Track progress of all projects to share with team members and managers regularly Work directly with team managers to ensure their team members create and manage tracking and creation processes
- Work with managers to ensure teams have the necessary direction and details required to complete their tasks within each project, specific to expectations, scope, and deadline
- Create teams and project boards in Asana to maintain project organization and on time delivery of assets
- Update documentation and disseminate information when project scope or deadlines need to be adjusted based on business needs and/or business decisions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency of information and consistency of deliverables across all departments
- Build Asana templates and workflow structures
- Create and document processes for all projects managed by the brand marketing team
- Provide weekly updates to Senior Director of Brand Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or similar work Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- Experience with project management tools like Asana preferred
- Proven track record of successfully organizing and communicating marketing tasks, organization, and tactics across teams, channels, and departments
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to instill trust and garner support from multiple stakeholders across the organization
