Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Utilize supply chain management principles to optimize inventory control processes
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and organize inventory
- Collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, demand, and sales trends
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track and manage inventory
- Stay updated on industry trends, including e-commerce and Nielsen data, to inform inventory decisions
Experience:
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and SAP
- Familiarity with financial modeling concepts for inventory forecasting
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
