Pay Rate: $20 - $23/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions using
- QuickBooks for the following primary accounts: Checking Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Credit Cards
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Use Excel to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports for internal and external use
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. Not necessary in lieu of applicable experience
