SummaryKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities$20,000 Sign-On Bonus!Previous similar experience with psychiatric population desired. Pre-degree experience relevant to the position requirements will be considered. Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of social work and social work services as they apply to a developmentally varied patient population undergoing psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation. Must demonstrate good interpersonal and interviewing skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have the knowledge and skill to analyze large amounts of complex information. Must have the ability to respond efficiently and flexibly to rapidly changing demands of rapid admission and discharge patterns, working relationship with multiple treatment teams and coordination of services over a multi-state area. Must have a working knowledge of basic computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and internet browsing and search retrieval.
