Hiring Salary Range: $40,453 - $46,000 Full Salary Range: $40,453 - $72,390 AnnuallyThis is a "time-limited grant-funded" position.
Work Schedule:Monday-Friday;8:00 am-5:00 pm with some evenings and weekends
Primary Duties/Brief Description of Work:
The job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience in Non-Profit, Workforce Development, Education, or a related field
- Driver’s License
An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualifications):
- Customer Service experience
- Experience in training, education, career development, or resource development
- Experience serving communities with knowledge of local needs and resources
