Job Overview

We're seeking a talented and driven Government Contract Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in managing existing contracts and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and government contract management. As we continue to grow, we are consistently looking for qualified members to join our team.

Required:

• Demonstrated experience in government contracting operations and project management
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and cost control strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel throughout the United States as required
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Experience managing multiple, complex contracts simultaneously

Preferred:

• Experience working with specific government agencies (DoD, DoE, etc.)
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field (MBA Preferred)
• Experience in business development for government contracting
• Certifications in project management (PMP) or government contracting (CPPC)
