We are currently looking for Welders to join our team. SERCO Loaders has been in business since 1968 and began manufacturing its own line of loaders in 1977.

Our loaders have gained wide acceptance in multiple industries as high quality and dependable machines.

Multiple Shifts Available :

Day Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Afternoon Shift : Monday - Thursday, 3 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM

In this role, the person will be responsible for :

• Safely positioning, aligning and welding steel components and parts in flat, vertical and horizontal positions through the application of appropriate welding techniques.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols to complete job assignments.
• Checking dimensions using measuring devices to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Chipping or grinding off excess weld, slag or spatter.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of welding technology training or previous work experience.
• Blueprint reading skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience using electrical or manual tools (grinders, squares, calipers, etc.)
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
