Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Duluth, MN
Type: Direct Hire, Full time
Pay: $23.07 per hour ($4,000/month) commission. We are seeking a candidate who is driven to grow and earn commission. The outside sales team earns $100k salaries.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Job Description:
This is a family-owned company that has been in business for 65 years. Specializing in providing safety tools and equipment for the construction industry.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will manage a territory of current customers as well as build the customer base. You will work closely with these customers to build and maintain lasting relationships while increasing sales. We are seeking a candidate who is comfortable making sales calls (including cold calls), working with customers face-to-face, through emails and texts to to generate interest and close sales. From customers to contractors, you will play a vital role in making sure they have the materials needed to complete projects and offer solutions when needed.
What we are looking for in you:
- Previous sales experience.
- Ability to learn company software, Epicor P21 and Microsoft Outlook.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is highly preferred.
