Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Report preparation
• Perform general office duties, including technical report writing and proofreading, use of office machines, and computer software, including MS Office
• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Follow company procedures and protocol
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Build positive relationships with current and potential customers

• Manage customer success by maintaining strong relationships and regular communication with our customer.
• Develop proper go-to-market strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Proven effective oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain excellent relationships between bravo e tech and customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to conduct business with executive-level business owners.
• Willingness to be part of and play a leadership role in a collaborative team environment.
• Have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Korean/English Speaker Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
