Adaptive Physical Education Teacher provides services to SWCEC Developmental Programs (medically fragile and autism), Grow School (an approved public day therapeutic school) and contracts with member districts as assigned. Duties include consultation, assessment, IEP development, progress reporting and provision of services in PE, Health and APE. Strong communication skills and ability to work within varied environments in SWCEC programs and member district programs necessary. DESE license in PE, Health, Special Education preferred. Candidate will complete CORI, fingerprinting and physical management training.
