Grow Elementary is a DESE approved therapeutic day school and part of the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative. We provide excellent instruction and therapeutic interventions that support the growth and development of each of our students, and we’re looking for a skilled teacher who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of our students. Under the direction of the classroom teacher, provide individual tutorial instruction and behavioral support to assigned student(s). Understand and implement safety procedures of the program and student assigned. Exhibit patience and positive attitude in establishing an encouraging learning environment.
