Life's a Beach is a fun and active Women's Clothing Boutique. Located in the Waterfront Shops in Duck, NC. We currently have part time sales associate positions available for candidates with excellent customer service skills and experience is a bonus. Must be flexible with work hours and have a positive attitude. A smile in your voice. Hours of operation 10-6, seven days a week, extended hours in season.

Life’s A Beach Sales Associate Essential Job Activities• Unpack and hang clothes as deliveries arrive • Steam clothing • Greet customers when they walk through the door • Assist customers in the dressing rooms, monitor dressing rooms, rehang clothes from dressing rooms • Continually straighten and fold clothing • Ring up sales • Take returns • Process gift cards • Process web orders • Take cardboard and trash to the dumpsters Schedule: days, nights, weekends, frequently work alone, we are open 7 days a week during the summer, candidate must be able to work through the end of September.

Basic Requirements • Must have high school diploma • Must speak English (multilingual people are encouraged to apply!) • Must be legal to work in the USA. • No criminal record • Must have pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance • Preferably have retail/ customer service experience • Be able to stand on your feet for 6 to 8 hours and lift up 30 lbs • Be able to bend and move and carry multiple items of hanging and folded clothing Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
