Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and expert Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving the promotion of SavvyMoney products and features to our target financial institutions. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on both B2B and B2B2C channels. Your expertise in financial services and ability to create compelling sales collateral for direct and reseller channels will be critical in driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting our partners in promoting our solutions to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Report to the Senior Director, Partner Engagement and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams and external partners to support business needs.

Industry Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial services and Fintech industries, including market trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that impact our target audience.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products/features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to differentiate our products in a voice that resonates with our target markets.

Product Launches:

  • Lead the planning and execution of product/feature launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication.
  • Create and manage product launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with the sales, product management, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure successful product/feature introductions.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive product/feature awareness, adoption, and sales.
  • Work with the partner engagement/marketing team to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO) to reach and engage target audiences.

Sales Enablement:

  • Equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to sell our products effectively.
  • Develop sales collateral, including product demos, presentations, data sheets, and FAQs.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Measure, report, and communicate the success of marketing metrics, KPIs, and partner engagement.

To be successful in this Role:

  • Be a self-starter who can work independently with little oversight.
  • Superb leadership abilities.
  • Intuitive understanding of how to effectively assign responsibilities internally and to external vendors.
  • Extensive experience designing digital advertisements and promotions.
  • Fluency with marketing tools and technology like Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
  • Proficiency with product design techniques based on hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing of multi-tenant, SaaS solutions.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in product marketing, focusing on B2B and B2B2C.
  • Proven expertise in the financial services industry, especially with banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
  • Extensive experience working with resellers and channel partners.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating and managing email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $155,000.00 and $180,000.00 depending upon experience plus annual bonus potential.
