Responsibilities include:
Oversight of Listing and Leasing Processes, including showing homes and executing new leases and lease renewals.
Oversight of Property Maintenance Processes, including effective follow-up and communication with vendors, tenants, and owners (regular property walk-throughs, Make Readys, oversight of remodel projects).
Maintaining positive owner and tenant relations to increase retention and referrals.
Developing avenues for increasing portfolio through networking and other forms of potential client outreach.
The ideal candidate is:
A great people-person – able to connect with a variety of personalities.
Experience working with portfolios ranging from medium sized condos/single family dwellings to
million-dollar estate homes.
Loves challenges and loves finding solutions.
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
Positive energy that is contagious.
Organized and very effective follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
Computer and tech savvy.
Dependable and reliable mind-set.
Willing to learn new things, experience new adventures, and continuously grow.
Utah Real Estate License required.
