Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles across various levels. This includes sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, as well as driving the offer process for positions across software engineering & information technology.

• Talent Acquisition: Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify and engage top IT professionals. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, attend networking events, and explore innovative sourcing methods.

• Collaboration: Work closely with both ownership & hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Market Insights: Stay informed about technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Adapt your approach to attract the best talent in a competitive landscape, leveraging new tools and AI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Familiarity with Software Development, Cloud, Database/Data Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and related markets.
• Proven success in direct sourcing and candidate placement.
