Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. If you are interested in making more money, having a flexible schedule and working in a fun, inviting atmosphere, then you should apply today!
Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • List and sell residential real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Prepare and provide a strong listing value proposition to sellers
  • Consult and guide clients through all the important aspects of conducting a real estate purchase or sale
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
