Position Overview
  • Manage a kitchen, including meal preparation, staff supervision, and equipment maintenance
  • Build relationships with staff and vendors
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Manage inventory system to minimize waste and maintain supply levels
  • Develop menus tailored to different preferences, dietary restrictions, and special needs
