Job Description Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and data modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities. The position is WFH, with some limited travel requirements. Critical Job Functions: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and a myriad of financial reports. Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or similar field. 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a data analysis role. Experience building or maintaining reports with large datasets in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot; basic understanding of DAX and M. Understanding of relational databases including writing basic MS SQL scripts. Experience in logistics. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
