Job Summary: The role of Front End Developer involves collaborating with various stakeholders and utilizing multiple platforms to deliver engaging experiences that effectively communicate each brand's identity, offerings, and value propositions. It's a dynamic position spanning multiple brands and sites, requiring agility to transition between brand businesses and work with diverse CMS platforms for web and email content. Candidate will be responsible for using their knowledge of programming languages to develop superior user experiences which includes reducing consumer friction points, optimizing layouts and visual elements, identifying opportunities, and proposing solutions, and keeping our technology set up to date with latest industry advancements. Responsibilities include communicating with internal and external teams to identify their needs, optimizing websites for different formats like desktops and mobile phones, and debugging any issues that may arise. This role also will be responsible for maintaining multiple brand product catalogs on our commerce websites.
The ideal candidate is a proactive front-end developer with 2 years of relevant experience and strong web, e-mail, and cross platform development skills in DTC.

Duties and Responsibilities
Description
Oversee the management and execution of tasks across multiple DTC sites for various brands, each on different platforms and developmental stages.
Deploy and QA digital content and promotions across multiple brands using Website & CRM content management system platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Amplience, SAP SmartEdit/Hybris, Deployteq, and Klaviyo.
Improve the front-end interface of the website to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and overall usability, leading to increased customer satisfaction and engagement.
Manage and update the product catalog on the e-commerce platforms, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for search and discovery.
Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and traffic from search engines, resulting in increased organic traffic and revenue.
Collaborate with with various stakeholders including designers, product managers, content producers, QA engineers and release engineers, driving projects throughout the development lifecycle.
Use understanding of technology and brand positioning to effectively create product and UX suggestions that balance development effort for the best ROI.
Utilize Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and propose enhancements to optimize the user experience and conversion rates.
Work cross functionally to ensure pricing, product and promo offers are up to date and fully functional across all sites.
Monitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance, ensuring a smooth and seamless browsing experience for users.
Ensure that the website is fully optimized for mobile devices, providing a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for mobile users and maximizing mobile conversion rates.
Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates, such as improving product page design, streamlining checkout process, and integrating persuasive call-to-action elements, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
