Full-time position available, for work at Picatinny Arsenal, for an Engineering Technician. This person will provide project support for weapon system components for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Australia program. This is a temporary position.

Duties:

• Support weapon system developmental projects

• Provide support to manufacturers and engineers

• Assist with integration, assembling, and testing of components

• Flexibility to travel to visit customers and/or suppliers when needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience with machine work, milling, and/or lathes

• Background building/integrating large machinery

• Hydraulics experience a plus

• Secret security clearance required

• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and relationship skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team

• Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Please note that US Citizenship is required to work on a military installation.

Hands on Integration

Testing of Large Equipment and Machinery

Shipping Container Experience

Occasional travel to Michigan and possibly Arizona
