Dermatology Partners is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Near Douglassville, PA

The Talent Acquisition Assistant at Dermatology Partners helps to source quality candidates for employment who are in alignment with our company core values. They are responsible for preparing and evaluating candidates for their interview, supporting the hiring managers with open positions and general support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist. ****This is NOT a Remote or Hybrid position.**** This position is Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm in our Home office located in Birdsboro, Pa. This is an entry level position with a starting salary of $17.00-$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver life full-cycle recruiting for each Dermatology Partners location in their territory
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring manager
  • Assist in scheduling interviews for hiring managers/talent acquisition specialist
  • Prepare Job Postings and post to job boards accordingly
  • Coordinate qualified applicants with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback and/or provide the verbal offers followed by written confirmation
  • Continue to assist candidates during the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition
  • Performs customer service functions by answering candidate and employee requests and questions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
  • Participate in and travel to industry events and conferences to build talent pipeline
  • Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.
  • Meet regularly with hiring managers to go over open jobs and receive information that will inform hiring plans for a rolling three-month period
  • Monitor hiring process to find areas to improve on an on-going basis
  • Other duties as deemed necessary
