STV has an open position for a Proposal Coordinator in one of our following offices : Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Douglassville, PA or Lawrenceville, NJ .

This position is designated as hybrid , with 3 days / week required in the office.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with pursuit team for pre-RFP / Q positioning, including competitor analysis, client-stated and unstated issues, underlying objectives, and client’s needs to enhance the win plan, qualifications identification, and content development
• Participate in developing client plans with client managers, business development staff, and others to evolve long-term strategic relationships with our current and future clients as well as insights into their goals and objectives
• Participate in pursuit development meetings, including Go-No-go, kick-offs, and strategy development / updates
• Analyze RFQ / Ps and evaluate scope requirements for additional opportunities for teaming and upselling
• Prepare responsibility outline for writing assignments
• Coordinate with teaming partners to obtain critical materials for pursuits
• Assist with developing creative, compelling non-technical narratives
• Prepare creative, strategic, high-quality submissions and presentations from point of decision to delivery to client
• Storyboard pursuits in collaboration with the graphic designers and technical staff to develop impactful graphics, meaningful themes, and strategic messages that are evident throughout the submission
• Apply exceptional attention to detail in ensuring a quality, compliant document
• Proofread and edit / edit all aspects of submissions for compliance with RFQ / P requirements and STV’s brand guidelines
• Coordinate independent QC review to ensure document meets department quality standards
• Assist with managing production process in coordination with marketing and graphics team
• Participate in client debriefs to integrate lessons learned in future submittals
• Work collaboratively with technical professionals on all levels and gain their trust

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, liberal arts, or a related area of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe® InDesign
• Minimum 3 years of proposal experience; design-builds a plus
• Experience with marketing in the architecture / engineering / construction management industry is required
• Experience in the PA / NJ transportation and infrastructure market is highly desired

Compensation Range :

$69,872.00 - $93,163.00
