Southern Pine Dental is Hiring a Dentist Near Dothan, AL

Seeking Partner Dentist in Dothan, AL

We are looking for a dentist to join our group of practices. The job has the opportunity to turn into a partnership. The current opportunity is for a 9 op practice with a steady stream of patients that collected over $900k last year with plenty of procedures currently referred out. Very competitive pay in a very affordable city.

Compensation:

  • $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year (no limit on earnings, new associates start with a $900/day guarantee)
  • Commission pay (up to 35% of production)
  • Health insurance

Schedule: Full Time

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
  • Conduct routine dental examinations and cleanings
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
  • Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
  • Use medical imaging technology to diagnose dental issues
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating dental prosthetics
  • Manage patient treatment using Eaglesoft or similar software systems
  • Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license in good standing (we can help you get an AL license)
  • In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and best practices
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental concepts to patients
  • Attention to detail and precision in performing dental procedures
  • Knowledge of medical records management and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • 3-5 years of experience is preferred
