Job Summary
As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will be part of our dynamic team. In this role, you'll spearhead initiatives to elevate operational and clinical excellence through comprehensive data analysis and actionable insights.

Job Responsabilities

- Dive deep into healthcare data to uncover valuable trends, patterns, and insights that shape our strategies.

- Craft and execute SQL queries for data extraction, enabling exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights.

- Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations of key performance metrics and value drivers for management and team leads.

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of claims data to identify trends and patterns, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, dashboards, and visualizations.

- Document existing processes, architectures, and code, while actively designing and executing procedures to enhance data quality and integrity.

- Identify issues proactively at every step and coordinate the implementation of necessary fixes.

- Interact with stakeholders outside the Analytics team to understand business objectives and make data-driven recommendations.

- Extract, interpret, and validate data from various sources, identifying patterns, correlations, and anomalies.

- Investigate and explain trends in healthcare data, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

- Contribute ideas and solutions to complex business problems, seeking opportunities to enhance product offerings and reporting.

- Communicate and present findings to audiences with varying technical backgrounds, ensuring clear understanding and actionable insights.

- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the effectiveness of data analysis efforts.

Education and Experience
- 3 years’ experience with large datasets, data visualization, and healthcare or product management background preferred.

- Experience with NextGen EMR is a must, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of electronic medical records data.

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
- Expertise in financial analysis to track the financial success of our product, including understanding service funds reports.

- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

- Ability to develop and implement analytics solutions to address business challenges.

- Solid analytical, quantitative, and project management skills with attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively.
