Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Responds to all inquiries and sales quote requests within specified timeframe.
- Process changes and cancellation requests.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an auto and home insurance office A Must.
- Must be able to obtain a Texas P&C Insurance License.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Punctuality a must.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must.
