Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct support, childcare, or related fields, with a passion for helping others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Help clients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring when necessary
- Document client care and progress accurately in accordance with established procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care for clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs
- Familiarity with assisted living systems and practices
- Experience in social work, nursing homes, or similar environments is a plus but not required
- Medication administration experience is beneficial
