Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Oversee general office operations and ensure efficient functioning
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with productions as needed
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Secure sponsors, donors, and advertisers for fundraising purposes
- Assist with front desk duties as required
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven experience in team management is desirable
5% starting commission on sponsorships and playbill advertisements. Strong knowledge of theater and Dodge City is preferred.
