- Handle both inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Uphold quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer files to sustain data integrity.
- Manage all billing and reporting activities in line with deadlines.
- Document all customer payments in the appropriate reports.
- Utilize skills in commercial collections, aging reports, and posting payments.
