Who We Are Looking For
Case Managers (LLBSW, LBSW) who are ready to help others for immediate hire! New graduates are encouraged to apply. Opportunities are available in Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment in three different locations, Detroit, Westland and Grosse Pointe.
What You Will Be Doing
Utilize the treatment plan to provide counseling, coordinate care and support for services provided within the organization and facilitate referrals to meet assessed needs and services within the community depending on your area of interest. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals on cases ranging from depression to severe and persistent mental illness, as well as drug addictions. You will be part of the member’s care team and linked directly to the overall treatment plan to ensure that they are safe, socially thriving, and living a fulfilling life of recovery.
Minimum Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in social work
· Must possess LLBSW or obtain LLBSW professional license upon hire.
· Must meet the requirements for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) within 60 days of hire.
· Valid driver’s license
Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience and credentials.
