Southwest Housing Solutions is Hiring a Resident Services Coordinator Near Detroit, MI
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of a Director of Asset Management, the Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and/or identifying programming to meet those needs, making resource information available to residents, and providing linkages to needed services for low-income residents living in MiSide affordable housing developments. The Resident Service Coordinator will participate in existing focus groups, programs, and committees as well as implement new programs for the advancement of tenant quality of life and community improvements opportunities.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Degree in Social Work preferred
- Two years of work experience in social work, community services, or other case management role
- Knowledge of Southwest Detroit and local services providers is highly preferred
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance
COMPENSATION:
$50,000 to $52,000 (Full-Time, Non-Union)
