IMMEDIATELY HIRING Warehouse Order Selectors, Top Earners Make Up to $90K/Year Including Base, Overtime, and Incentive Pay. 

Pay Rates - Starting pay rate is $20/HR for day shift and $21/HR for night shift. Employees are also eligible for incentive pay, which can be up to $5/HR after completing 90 days of employment. We offer Benefits and PTO upon completing 90 days of employment. 

The pay range provided is not indicative of Wolverines actual pay range but is merely algorithmic and provided for generalized comparison. 

We offer a 4 DAY WORK WEEK and the ability to pick up additional overtime!

Order Selector Shift's Available

A-Shift - Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00am to 6:00pm

B-Shift - Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00pm to 6:00am

C-Shift - Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00am to 6:00pm

D-Shift - Wednesday to Friday, 6:00pm to 6:00am, Saturday, 4:00pm to 4:00am. 

 Order Selector Job Duties

• Safely operate stand up Hi-Lo and/or Electric Pallet Jacks according to company and OSHA standards
• Pull and palletize customer orders accurately and efficiently in the Distribution Cooler (cool 30° temperature-controlled warehouse) or Freezer (very cold 0° temperature-controlled warehouse)
• Inventory management
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Deal with team members, customers, and public in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisor

 Order Selector Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial athlete! Able to lift 40-90 lb. boxes consistently throughout your shift
• Experience and training to safely operate Hi-Lo or Pallet Jack
• Experience in distribution or warehousing
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Energetic and respectful person with a positive attitude
• Willing and able to work 40 hours per week in 0 degree or 28 degree temperature-controlled warehouse
• Be in good health and pass a physical
• Minimum 18 years of age
